Micro and Small Enterprises Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP)Developing learning networks through clustering MSMEs |
India aims to develop various developing industries across the country, as well as tools to increase productivity, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
Under its Scheme of Fund for Regeneration of Traditional Industries (SFURTI), India launched the Cluster Based MSME Development Programme to support traditional industries, such as agricultural, textile, and handicraft businesses. The programme includes opportunities for capacity building, financial assistance, and access to the cluster of businesses for horizontal learning.
To date, the programmes supported over 510 projects and provided over INR 1074 Crore in funding to projects – enabling for learning and development between MSMEs.
