The Travel for LiFE Certification powered by Sustainable Tourism Criteria of India (STCI) is a measure for assessing and approving all tourism-related activities on the basis of the established principles and indicators derived from internationally benchmarked standards for sustainable tourism adapted to the Indian context.
The Travel for LiFE certification is one of the key strategic pillars identified in the National Strategy for Sustainable Tourism, which was launched on April 29, 2022. The certificate works as a guiding framework for tourism service providers to develop sustainable and resilient tourism in the nation.
